Private Medical Health Insurance

Please ensure that you have completed all prerequisite tasks required by your insurance company before commencing any treatment at the clinic. This may include obtaining a GP or consultant referral letter.

Please bring all relevant insurance details to your first appointment so that we can invoice your insurance company directly.

Please note that if you are claiming through your medical insurance or another intermediary, you will be liable to pay us directly for any shortfall in your cover. This may include an excess on your policy or a charge for non-attendance.

If, for any reason, your insurance company declines payment, you will be required to settle your account with us directly and then address the matter with your insurance company. If you have an excess on your policy or have reached the limit of your cover, payment must be made to the clinic within 14 days of being notified.
